Free returns. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.

ATTENTION
NOOVA has a 14-day return policy.
If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from the time of order delivery to send it back to our return center.
Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed.
In order for customer service to accept the return, the item(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, with its label attached and unused.
NOOVA cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to returned package.
